Celebrity endorsement are apparently still a thing. According to Pocketnow, Jay-Z has teamed up with Samsung to give away one million copies of his new album: “Magna Carta Holy Grail”. In order to get the album, you’ll need to own either a GS3, GS4, or Note II. On June 24th, an application will appear on the Google Play Store that will be limited to one million downloads. The Bachelorettecontestant Jed Wyatt’s ex-girlfriend revealed in a recent interview that the two were still together when he went on the reality show to win the heart of Hannah Brown. Unbeknownst to The Bachelorette Hannah Brown, Wyatt’s heart may have been with someone else during the competition. Wyatt previously opened up to Brown on their one-one-one date about his initial intentions when applying to be on The Bachelorette. The 25-year-old singer/songwriter told Brown that he was open to the idea of The Bachelorette because he is a hopeless romantic, but admitted that the main reason for joining the show was also due to it being a huge platform for his music career....

Writer/director James Cameron is joining the Aliens action figure line as a Colonial Marine. Aliens, of course, is the second film in the Alien saga, which kicked off in 1979 with director Ridley Scott’s Alien. Released in 1986, Cameron took the sequel to new heights, elevating star Sigourney Weaver to a butt-kicking female action hero who ended up going face-to-face with the franchise’s most memorable foe in the Alien Queen....

To revitalize the franchise, Warner Bros. brought Gunn on to write and direct after he was fired from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol....

Japan Display OLED iPhone screens could still be at least two years away, according to a new report today. Apple has been working hard to diversify its supply chain for OLED screens for its flagship iPhone models, working with multiple suppliers to break Samsung’s monopoly — even injecting funds into two of them… Background Samsung has a strong technical lead over other OLED display manufacturers and was the only company able to meet Apple’s quality and volume production requirements for the iPhone X family....

Jake Gyllenhaal is starring in The American, a Leonard Bernstein movie biopic that Cary Fukunaga will produce in addition to directing. The film is based on Humphrey Burton’s written 1994 biography Leonard Bernstein and will begin production this fall, with BRON Studios (Tully) providing the financing. Sierra/Affinity will be selling the international distribution rights to buyers at the Cannes Film Festival next week, with Endeavor Content handling the U.S. rights....

Data engineers obtained the trending pages of Github which show the repositories in a particular language. The Data engineers then managed to combine the data obtained from GitHub’s trending pages with the Face API. Microsoft Face API, a cloud-based service that provides the most advanced face algorithms. Face API has two main functions: face detection with attributes and face recognition....

Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan thinks it’s time for a female 007 to grace the big screen. Brosnan replaced Timothy Dalton as James Bond and kept the role for four movies from 1995 to 2002. Brosnan would play the iconic 00 agent for Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World is Not Enough, and Die Another Day before Daniel Craig stepped into the role in 2006. Craig will be playing Bond in one more 007 movie, which was recently titled No Time to Die, but will be replaced after this outing as the character....

James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad looks set to introduce multiple new characters, and Dave Bautista is reportedly in the running to play Peacemaker. Gunn of course became a household name to Marvel movie fans after writing and directing the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films in the MCU. Gunn was planned to return and do the same for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but that was infamously derailed last summer after some old tweets resurfaced that made Disney feel he needed to be let go from the project....

James Gunn has shared a first look at the upcoming film The Suicide Squad through a storyboard. Suicide Squad 2, which has officially been titled The Suicide Squad, will be the follow-up to the 2016 film that was directed by David Ayer. After Disney fired Gunn from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the director jumped over to DC to work on The Suicide Squad. Gunn has since been rehired by Disney, but will direct The Suicide Squad before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol....

James Gunn has debunked a theory involving the Soul Stone, Avengers: Infinity War, and the tease of Adam Warlock during one of the mid-credits scenes for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
