Chef Traci Des Jardins’ signature restaurant, open in Hayes Valley for 20 years, combines modern French Dining techniques with San Francisco flare. Think laid back, elegant, and approachable. The restaurant offers a wide range of culinary experiences, including a multi-course tasting menu, leisurely, romantic dining and delicious “pre-theatre” plates.

Chef Des Jardinswas also inspired by Mexican cuisine during extensive travel throughout the country. The first Noches en Mexico dinner took place on March 12th, 2018 and highlighted the city Aguascalientes, which Sous Chef Christine Marmolejo chose to represent her family’s heritage.

A menu item from last night’s experience we know you’d die to try was the Mollete de Frijol, a dish of cannellini bean, little gem, avocado, and queso fresco. The drink pairing with this dish was Michelada and Cerveza mixed with chili, lime, tomato and salt. Also we can’t forget the postre (or dessert) of guava sorbet, sweet empanada, and marmalade.
